Lindsey has been an athlete her entire life, focusing on lacrosse which led to her being recruited by Temple University. Spending four years as a Division 1 scholar-athlete, she fell in love with strength and conditioning. Post-college, Lindsey spends her time coaching lacrosse at the International level all the way down, high school through grade school. She is also a certified personal trainer who loves to teach fundamental movements for all levels of fitness and developing healthier habits that will last a lifetime. Lindsey specializes in injury prevention as well as college-bound athletes ready to take their fitness to the next level.

Rates are as follows:
Six (6) 1-hour sessions: $350
Twelve (12) 1-hour sessions: $675
18 1-hour sessions: $975
24 1-hour sessions: $1250
IE and program (only 1 visit): $150
Drop-in session (must have had the eval done first): $75
Small Group Training (Groups of 4-6): $120 per hour
