Dr. Phil Francabandera
Dr. Phil Francabandera received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2015. He enjoys working with orthopedic and musculoskeletal populations with pain or movement related dysfunction in the joints and muscles of the body.
Phil is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner and is a huge believer in the power of hands on manual therapy as a strong treatment approach to improve movement and decrease pain. He will integrate mobilization with movement techniques, biomechanics, and soft tissue mobilization to help achieve patient goals. He believes in a patient centric approach in which each treatment plan is specific to the individual being seen for physical therapy.
Phil has a background in sports as a strength and conditioning coach for the Seattle Mariners. He also has experience providing strength and conditioning to professional athletes, division I collegiate athletes, and elite amateurs. His strong passion for athletics and injury prevention led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. Phil takes pride in providing education to patients to help guide them to a more healthy and fit lifestyle.
